Although she is based in the Philippines, location is no barrier to Quena’s parabroker service. With a strong commitment to excellence, Quena will make sure you experience seamless communication and personal support with our home loan broker.
Working with our mortgage brokers, Quena provides research, does policy checking and assists with serviceability assessments.
Quena has experience in sales, freight brokerage and front-end customer service. Prior to joining The Property Education Company, she worked as a Territory Manager for a large freight company based in the US. She was responsible for sales growth, handling freight zones and territories, coordinating with clients and preparing contract agreements on pricing. Quena has also previously worked for a UK-based bank as a mortgage officer, specialising in customer service.
When Quena’s not working, she is always at home attending to her kids and learning how to perfect the local cuisine. She is a fun-loving person with an interest in crime fiction novels.
