CEO and Founder
Louise loves finance and helping people use leverage as a tool to get ahead in investing and gaining confidence in life in general.
Penny worked in Banking and Finance for two decades and hold a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. Beginning her career in document preparation, she soon moved into end-to-end processing which included settlements before advancing to become a Lending Manager.
Hoa has over 20 years’ experience in the property development and construction industry as an
Architect and more recently in Design and Project Management with several organisations including
City Renewal Authority, Defence Housing Australia & Land Development Agency.
Client Care Officer
Andrea has worked for the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia, the peak industry Association, for many years and recently joined The Property Education Company to support the team in its endeavours to educate clients about the potential of creating wealth through property investment.
Working for The Property Education Company, Sanju is looking into learning, and expanding his knowledge of post-settlement. He has worked for Home Loan Experts as a Customer Relationship Specialist. Before the mortgage industry, he was associated with Media company working in digital media, newspapers, radio, and television (360 Degree).
Quena Casas is a virtual assistant from the Philippines, with experience in sales, freight brokerage and front-end customer service. Before joining The Property Education Company, she worked as a Territory Manager for a large freight company based in the US. She also worked for UK-based bank as a Mortgage officer, specialising in customer service.
Claudia brings in her diverse set of skills and experience, derived from her years of working at financial audit companies, non-profit organizations, small businesses, and business process outsourcing.
Prior to joining The Property Education Company, she was a team leader at a BPO in Cebu, Philippines. She has been very much involved in administration, client relations, employee coaching and creating great team cultures.
Sheryl handles the document preparation for your loans, bringing in her professional experience from working in several fast-paced business industries.
Before joining the Company, she worked for an Australian logistics company, responsible for end to end processing and monitoring of shipments; and as a Sales Consultant for a Credit Bureau. She has extensive experience in customer service, as well.
