Our team at The Property Education Company have started the year with a bang – writing lots of loans for people who have bought fabulous new homes or investment properties when others were asleep over the Christmas period, so this has kept us busy throughout January.  It is time to start planning the year ahead and a great website is www.futureme.org which will allow you to email yourself 12 months in advance.  This means you can write what you think you want to happen and then in a years time, an email pops up to check how you went.  I love it.
