After a huge first quarter to start off this year (which the team celebrated last Wednesday with lunch out of the office), I am now in Brisbane for a seminar with Brett Carnell of Holiday Rental Academy. After a fun seminar last Saturday in Melbourne with Brett, we thought we would do it again tomorrow in Sanctuary Cove at the Intercontinental, so all Queenslanders are welcome.

Last night I got to meet Wendy and Darren Wood –  clients who have now bought two rental properties and are so thrilled with how it is working, they are going to buy their third before the year is out. They have also, for the first time, started making real inroads into paying off their mortgage, so extra thrilled for them –  as you know how I love people paying down debt. Congrats to them both – they are doing an excellent job.

Our online course, How to Buy a Property in 10 Weeks, is going great guns with weekly webinars to keep the buyers on track. We are up to making offers, so lots of action in the market this week. 

Our next live event is a half-day workshop on Saturday, 28 May, which is going to be outstanding.
