Penny worked in Banking and Finance for two decades and hold a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. Beginning her career in document preparation, she soon moved into end-to-end processing which included settlements before advancing to become a Lending Manager.
Furthering her career, she next took on the role of Credit Manager and was responsible for assessing and approving eligible loans. Next, an opportunity arose to become a Business Development Manager for one of the Big Four Banks, which Penny embraced whole-heartedly.
Travelling across the country, she worked closely with mortgage brokers and assistants to achieve positive loan experiences everyday for their customers.
Recently moving to regional Victoria, she recognised this as an opportunity to achieve a better work-life balance.
Starting her own business is something she has always wanted to do, and it allows her to not only provide an exceptional virtual admin service for mortgage brokers, but also to spend valuable time with her young family.
