Yezan has worked in the BPO industry for 13 years, with various experiences in reports and analytics, operational excellence, customer service, training, and development.

She started her career as a circuit engineer and technical support, dealing with US clients. She was a Subject Matter Expert for six years, coaching and training agents, creating and managing process documents. Before joining the team, she was a team lead for four years overseeing day-to-day operations and managing different stakeholders.

She enjoys working with the purpose of helping people.
