1. Start Friday night on realestate.com.au and domain.com.au

Well, it’s interesting but I have found over the years, that different photos appear often in each and surprisingly one might show power lines in front of a home when another might not or other items that can be mysteriously photoshopped out) 2. Prepare a list of questions for the agent Ask things about the area, what’s good about the place, street, neighbourhood, why would I like being here, etc. Check our guide for clients on all the questions to assist you in this process. 3. Plan each of the open for inspections that you want to visit Be early to each one – agents hate being held up by late comers. Remember: agents like to sell to people they like! 4. Make notes and take photos at each property So you recall what you have seen and can compare sold prices much later! 5. If one catches your eye, be ready to make an offer with your pre-approval previously sorted. As long as it is not within 3 days of an auction, you generally have a cooling off period of 3 – 5 days depending on which state you are buying in. 6.
